Shipping procedures:
1) Make sure to package your phones(s) very
well to prevent any damage in shipping. Please
remember that most packages are NOT handled
gently so please package as necessary.
2) Please send phone(s) with a good or full charge.
Do not send sim card.
3) Please enclose a money order, or cashiers
check for total unlock charges plus shipping
charges. (see #7 for pricing) If you prefer credit
card please see #4. If you perfer payment by check
please allow check 10 days for funds to clear.
4) If you prefer to pay with credit card, or Paypal
we will phone you before we ship to get your credit card,
or paypal information. (credit card address MUST match
the ship to address, or Paypal account must be verified)
If not call for pre-approval first.

5) We CAN NOT ship to a PO Box. Include FULL return shipping address,
day phone number, and email address in package. Also indicate return shipping
required. (next day, 2-day, 3-day, or ground UPS shipping)
6) We will return ship your phones within 24 hours or less
guaranteed. If we receive your phone by 3PM PST. We will
Ship out the SAME DAY!. Also we will email a tracking number
the day of shipping.
